SecureData Holdings, an investment holding company whose subsidiaries provide products, solutions and services with their key focus being on Information Risk Management (IRM).

The group is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and operates through three major divisions:
  • SecureData Africa, a leading provider of information security and risk management products and service to the channel and end-users in SA and selected countries is sub Saharan Africa. Subsidiaries include: SecureData Security, SecureData Content and New Generation Solutions (NGS).
  • MIS-CDS: Large/long established and independent - specialist provider of network security solutions principally in the UK.
  • Sense-Post: Specialist information security consulting services including: security audits, vulnerability and risk assessments, penetration testing, design and architecture of information security solutions and high-end information security training services.

SecureData Security is a specialist, valued-added distributor of information security software and hardware products within South Africa, selected countries in Africa and the Indian Ocean islands. SecureData Content

SecureData Content is a leading provider of enterprise content management solutions to organsations in South Africa and other SADC countries. New Generation Solutions
NGS specialises in providing software, services and solutions that address internal security threats within companies of all sizes. The company has established itself as South Africa's authority in securing organisations' information from threats from within. www.ngs.co.za

MIS Corporate Defence Solutions
MIS Corporate Defence Solutions (MIS CDS) is the UK's longest standing IT security specific provider. Founded in 1992, the company has worked with over 1000 different clients giving MIS CDS a wide range of experience in all aspects of IT security, the company works in close partnership with its customers to ensure that their networks, websites and devices constantly retain optimum security, whilst keeping pace with their business requirements. It also offers a host of high-end information security training services. Based in South Africa, SensePost provides services to more than 100 clients around the world.
